Entrepreneurialism
If the skills students learn are aligned to growth industries and sectors where there is greatest job security, entrepreneurship would become a core subject for all students.

What do Entrepreneurs do?
Who can be Entrepreneurs?
Why is this so powerful now?
What must we do as teachers?

Where does Entrepreneurship sit with education? I you want to make change, you need to create your own world - differently, better. Everyone has the ability to take an idea and bring it to life. 

How can I change the NZ education system for the better?
What do teachers really want?
What part of education needs to change?
Talk to students and parents and see what they needed.
Who can I take with me that can also make a difference?

Dragon Bouncy-castles
Problem: Bouncy castles aren't made for adults
Main Customers: Adults - worldwide issue
Solution: Create adult sized bouncy castles in the shape of a dragon
Early Adopters (the ones that are easy to market to): Parents of young children, adolescents, young adults
Channels (how do you market, what resources, to get the word out to early adopters: social media, hire places, kindy
Resources: money, experts, time, factory, artists, designers
Purpose: Adults having fun
