Leadership - Developing Growth Mindset

Take the Growth Mindset Test

Is knowledge understanding? Not according to this Youtube vid:

Is intelligence innate and therefore cannot be developed beyond what you are born with?

Consider..."intelligence has become defined as the kind of mind that responds most readily to the peculiar demands of school" (Claxon, G, 2008)

Leadership 1 - Making something digital and collaborative. Key is reflecting on the leadership.
Think about which change initiatives (D & C Learning related) I have been involved with. These could have been successful or not. Analyse, reflect and learn more from it - how might growth mindset apply? Provide some evidence (interview self - this what i did, this is what i said, did i model the growth mindset and analyse what i did, another teacher, student).
